The Farm to School Conversation Comes to Clark County May 28th!

Have you wanted to be a part of the conversation regarding Farm to School? Have you wondered how can your district be more involved in serving local products to students?

Chris Iberle from Washington State Farm to School Network will be on hand to facilitate the discussion, Tuesday, May 28th at the CASEE Center.

School gardeners, school nutrition staff, educators, farmers, teachers, students, parents, childcare providers, and anyone else interested in farm to school are encouraged to attend! 

• Learn from other people in Clark County working on farm to school 
• Network and build partnerships
• Talk about how to grow local farm to school efforts, and more

Choose which session fits your role:

• 2pm: Buying local food for school nutrition staff, farmers, childcare providers, and other attendees working on local foods in meal programs.
• 3:30pm: School gardeners, educators, teachers, and all other farm to school partners will gather to network and continue the event.
