Kaley is originally from Clark County, and returned after earning degrees in biology and environmental studies from the University of Washington. She has worked with various environmental education programs, both public and private, doing volunteer management, marketing and outreach, and event coordination.

Kaley can often be found at the dog park, paddle-boarding, or photographing wildlife while on adventures with her husband and rescue dog.
