Clark County Public Health's School Health and Safety team put together some great cafeteria food service guidance for students and staff to follow this year. This is in line with the CDC's requirements for K-12 schools. We highly encourage schools to follow this guidance and continue to reduce waste in the cafeteria by using milk dispensers, sort tables, and share tables.
